Given the poor state of ARB onchain liquidity that was uncovered in [yours](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/arbitrum-treasury-and-sustainability-research/20630/) and [Aera’s](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/arbitrum-treasury-management-report-by-aera/20652) report, how would you approach diversification of the 250 million ARB if all of the conversion is done onchain?
