August 2025 Update
Entropy is posting this August update on behalf of the Stylus Sprint Committee.
Program Finances
- Total ARB disbursed to teams to date: 3,083,536 ARB (~34.3% of the 9M ARB budget)
- ARB disbursed in August: 1,345,868 ARB (~$696,550.74 based on price at the time of transaction). In total, 13 milestone payments were issued. 10 were for milestones submitted back in July milestones and 3 for milestones submitted in August.
- At an average price of $0.52, payments executed in August were completed at the highest monthly average since the start of the Stylus Sprint. This helped ease the shortfall pressures facing several teams.
Submitted Milestones
Overall, August was a slower month with only 7 milestones being submitted. 3 have been reviewed and paid out, while 4 are still pending review.

Looking Forward
OCL marketing is coordinating with thirdWeb on the rollout of their airdrop minter use case. Developer documentation is ready and a short podcast episode is being prepared. While we don’t have a set date for these materials to go live, the committee is hopeful that this will be launched in September. Stylus contracts are currently being highlighted on thirdweb’s explore page and separately, their team is offering one free month of their Growth tier for Arbitrum developers looking to utilize Stylus contracts on their platform. Code: STYLUS-GROWTH
Additionally, OCL is also reviewing promising benchmarks from the RedStone Stylus implementation. We’d like to preface that these benchmarks were only received recently, but there are early conversations to highlight the RedStone implementation in a larger Stylus case study.
While technically outside the scope of the Stylus Saturdays Odyssey application, OCL and Entropy have been in conversations with Alex to improve the Stylusup page to act as a community hub for the projects coming out of the Stylus Sprint and other Stylus tooling.
With the upcoming Stylus v0.10.0 release, we’ll be hosting a 4th Stylus Sprint call in September with the teams to go over the new features and give them a chance to showcase progress. While this call will be limited to the participating teams, we will share a recording for delegates that are interested in learning more about v0.10.0.
