## December 2025 ### Snapshot ⚡: [AGV - 2026 Council Elections](https://forum.arbitrum.foundation/t/agv-2026-council-elections/30268) Voted: I am a participating candidate in the AGV council election, so I decided to abstain from voting. I did that by splitting my voting power equally across all candidates. [Rewarding Active Delegates (RAD) Program](https://snapshot.box/#/s:arbitrumfoundation.eth/proposal/0xa06500740b56c647f25bd3edba80bf05b00140afe99d6b0d27c0f1dc93287901) Voted For: I agree that the DAO has spent too much time discussing incentive programs, but incentives are still important for keeping members engaged and bringing new people in. We should find a way to support that. The RAD program seems like a good option to keep delegates with higher voting power active in proposals.
