Entrepreneur and Tech Humanitarian with 16 Years of combined web2 and web3 development experience. My love for bringing new community-based humanitarian & disaster response projects to life is second only to my love for juggernauting into chaotic new spaces.

I’ve sat on 3 non-profit boards, helped found, organize and launch viral (decentralized) humanitarian-response projects that head-on tackled the worst disasters in US history, ranging from Occupy Sandy (response to ‘Superstorm Sandy’ in NYC in 2012), the Detroit Water Brigade (response to the rapid shutting-off of water to half of Detroit over 90 days in 2014) and Harvey Relief & Rescue/Harvey Relief Coalition (a triple response to Hurricane’s Harvey, Irma and Maria in 2017). All 3 were international news. I’ve worked with homeless communities abroad and with Police in several nations on reform. I also scaled a commercial maintenance & remodeling company throughout Boston & NYC that worked with clients that ranged from A24 Films and WeWork to the venture capital firms of MIT and Founder of Uber: The Engine and EXPA.

My first line of code was written 16 years ago with the aim of one day bringing a global People Powered organization to life, fueled by a youthful ambition to build an app filled with people who wanted to help their neighbors in times of need. It was called Community Volunteer. And it was only a loose vision, and feeling back then. Now I’m building the real thing, with an Arbitrum L3 Orbit chain as the backbone. Join me: peoplepowered.io
