Onchain Proposals
1. [Constitutional] AIP: Activate ArbOS 51 (Dia) and Gas Pricing Updates
This AIP bundles the following two successful temperature check proposals:
AIP: ArbOS Version 50 Dia: which contains relevant Fusaka EIPs, the addition of a MaxTxGasLimit allowing full block utilization, changes to instrument Nitro’s State Transition Function (STF) to price gas based on specific resource usage, native token mint/burn capabilities, and a few bug fixes.
AIP: Raise the gas target, implement improvements to the pricing algorithm, and raise the L2 min base fee: This proposal seeks to improve the pricing algorithm for Arbitrum One and Nova to reduce the severity, frequency, and duration of high L2 gas prices during periods of elevated demand on the network.

Ongoing Snapshot Proposals
1. Rewarding Active Delegates (RAD) Program
The Rewarding Active Delegates (RAD) Program aims to increase active voting power, reduce voter apathy, and ensure there is sufficient publicly available information to provide insight on decisions made.
Delegates can be rewarded for casting votes and publishing clear rationales on a per proposal basis, provided they: declare interest to participate and pass compliance, cast votes in at least 75% of proposals in the month, meet the minimum VP threshold (200k ARB), total votes cast on the proposal(s) (FOR/ABSTAIN/AGAINST) reaches quorum, the proposal(s) follows the correct process.
Compared to the rejected DIP 2.0, this proposal:
- Excludes contributor rewards and the Peer Assembly,
- Is USD-denominated,
- Is objective by design.
Budget: The program will utilize the remaining budget from the most recent DIP 1.7 (~7M ARB) to fund delegate rewards, program management and operational costs.
The OpCo will oversee the program and can modify it as necessary.
