The Watchdog: Arbitrum DAO’s Grant Misuse Bounty Program
I fully support this proposal.
I’d like to know more about the reporting process. Will it be anonymous, and how can we submit reports? Email? A section on the Arbitrum website?
I think a system platform that allows users to track their reports and communicate directly with the reviewer would be beneficial. This would help prevent spam and ensure cases are handled efficiently.
Additionally, a public blacklist of abusers could help to advise and protect the community.

OpCo – A DAO-adjacent Entity for Strategy Execution
Thank you for the effort that @Entropy and the team put into answering questions, adjusting budgets, and providing a brief summary of the progress in the governance call. I would also like to thank @Maets23 for presenting us with the most relevant information and with the most discussion in SimScore Notion – The all-in-one workspace for your notes, tasks, wikis, and databases., it is undoubtedly a very useful tool for identifying the most relevant aspects of the proposals.I have decided to vote against this proposal on Snapshot for the following reasons:Complexity of governance:While the participation of new users in the forum has been increasing, the attendance of new users in the call has also increased by 15% each month, which tells us about a scenario with a greater number of requests (proposals) that strengthen the DAO. The importance of an entity like OpCo for project management will be necessary but not at this time. Centralizing the entity can lend itself to favoritism regarding who obtains new contracts and which projects are given more focus.Budgetary transparency:I understand that the budget mentioned is an approximation of the estimate based on the number of staff who will be supporting this initiative from the start. However, not knowing the authors who are going to carry out the activities raises doubts about whether these people are sufficiently qualified to perform in their area. It is also mentioned that there will be a variation in salaries if there is compliance with indicators, but these indicators have not yet been mentioned or detailed for either OpCo or OAT.I consider it to be a well-intentioned proposal and that what is sought is order, support, and to make the most of the team’s expertise to continue building on Arbitrum. I believe that operations could be sought that do not necessarily have to be centralized, but rather audited by entities with a proven track record of teamwork.I look forward to the modifications that this proposal will make before moving on to Tally for voting.

Partner with ETH Bucharest 2025 - Eastern Europe’s Leading Ethereum Conference and Hackathon
I just voted “FOR, with POAP” on Snapshot. Excellent proposal, very well-detailed breakdown of the activities, workshops, and talks planned for the event. The timing of the proposal and the step-by-step approach, I believe, guarantee an early start to prepare everything related to branding. I think the cost-benefit ratio of the event in terms of space and exposure time is very fair. It’s an opportunity to network with other sponsors and attendees. I consider it important to use POAP for an event of this magnitude, but if the majority votes against it, we could opt for more economical options like “GitPOAP” (free) and “Mintkudos” (low cost). Both allow you to create custom badges and manage credentials.Something that could be included in the budget is the generation of valuable video and photo content (professional) during the event to communicate Arbitrum’s presence afterwards. This content would be valuable for the marketing team.

[Election & Application Thread] V2 Arbitrum Research & Development Collective

Arbitrum Research & Development Committee (ARDC)
My vote rationale:In all positions, I believe the candidates I support have demonstrated their expertise. Tamara’s project management experience with the direction of Entropy. JuanRah’s professional ethics, business inteligence and Alex’s communication skills in managing GRC calls. Open Zeppellin’s reputation in security guarantees the integrity of our funds. Blockworks’ analytical capabilities and technical knowledge in specific Arbitrum applications. Nethermind for being a leader in its sector.

Unifying Arbitrum’s Mission, Vision, Purpose (MVP)
I highly value the effort that Entropy has made to lay the groundwork and provide a new approach to aligning the DAO’s goals. The MVP will undoubtedly set the precedent and shape the behavior of anyone building on Arbitrum. Once approved, I believe that a strong marketing campaign will make the MVP resonate with current and future users, making it an attractive destination for developers. I support this proposal and will vote in favor on Snapshot.

[NON-CONSTITUTIONAL] Arbitrum Onboarding V2: A Governance Bootcamp
I voted in favor on Snapshot after listening to ocandocrypto in the bi-weekly call. I believe there is a robust and highly committed team behind this. I think there is an opportunity to continue training current and new members with practical exercises. I understand the importance of inclusion, but I also support and believe that everyone should have the same opportunities to participate in these programs. I hope that the implementation of workshops for the public, for anyone who wants to learn about the ecosystem and build connections, has been considered.

[Non-Constitutional] [RFC] Arbitrum D.A.O. (Domain Allocator Offerings) Grant Program - Season 3
I voted in favor (Renew with 5 domains adding Orb) on Snapshot for the reasons I previously mentioned:I agree that the program should continue given its performance in the first two stages. It’s a good sign that fewer projects have been abandoned. I have no doubt that the incorporation of Orbit will benefit the project.

[Non-Constitutional] Treasury Management v1.2
Given the uncertainty surrounding a member’s involvement, as discussed in the forum, I have chosen to abstain from voting on Tally. I believe that managing funds requires individuals of the highest integrity. While the proposal itself is promising, I am concerned about the potential risks. If approved…, I expect complete transparency and accountability throughout the project.

Hackathon Continuation Program
I’d like to reaffirm my vote on Tally in favor because of what I mention before:

I think it offers a good structure that will help ensure hackathon projects turn into real solutions that benefit Arbitrum ecosystem. Dividing the program into developing and validating, increases the chances of success because you only allocate more resources to the projects that will address the actual needs. This design encourages the use of funds wisely over a lengthy period of time. Also, RnDAO and Arbitrum working together helps to combine efforts and gives everyone guidance, stuff, and connections apart from the money.

[NON-CONSTITUTIONAL] Proposal for Maintenance and Continuous Enhancement of ArbitrumHub to Meet the Evolving Needs of the Arbitrum Ecosystem and DAO
Hi @0x_Buidler , congratulations on your participation in the bi-weekly call. I’ve been exploring the Arbitrum Hub platform and I think it offers a very quick and user-friendly experience. Including a “Newsletter” feature with Mailchimp functionality could help create a more informed email-based community.
I believe that if all the information is going to be centralized on a single webpage, it would be important to incorporate the efforts made by the Arbitrum Foundation on their site.
I really think the budget is quite excessive, unless more users are involved to further strengthen the online efforts. As some have mentioned, involving Arbitrum Academy could be key to growing the number of new people who want to build on Arbitrum and I support the idea.

Directional Temperature Check on Arbitrum Ventures Setup
Regarding structure and governance, I would like to know more about the experienced team that will be managing investments and business development. It is crucial to know the background of these individuals before approving such a significant funding. I understand that you will be rebuilding the Farstar website, but I also believe it is important to see their portfolio of work before making a decision. For now, I will wait to meet the key people and learn about the company’s history. Overall, I think a more transparent structure is needed regarding who will be responsible for activities that have not yet been mentioned. The uncertainty about the return on investment makes me inclined to abstain from voting or lean towards voting against the proposal.

Designing and Operating the Reporting and Information Function
After being on the call and understanding that the proposal will be modified and canceled for now, I will abstain from voting until I can analyze the next version.
