28 October, 2025 - Roundup of Active/Upcoming Votes

:ballot_box: Ongoing Onchain Proposals :ballot_box:

1. Transfer 8,500 ETH from the Treasury to ATMC’s ETH Treasury Strategies (Voting ends on Oct 30)

Entropy proposes transferring 8,500 ETH accrued from Sequencer and Timeboost Revenue from the DAO’s treasury to the Arbitrum Treasury Management Council (ATMC).

:small_blue_diamond:The DAO Treasury currently has approximately 10.5K ETH unallocated to any treasury strategies. This allocation will increase the DAO’s ETH holdings by generating yield and can potentially support liquidity in venues within the Arbitrum ecosystem to supplement increased activity from DRIP. More details on the allocation strategy can be found here.

1. The DAO Incentive Program (DIP 2.0) (Voting ends on Oct 30)

The DAO Incentive Program (DIP 2.0) aims to strengthen governance participation in the ArbitrumDAO and seperates rewards across Delegates and Contributors.

:small_blue_diamond: Delegates can be rewarded for casting votes and publishing clear rationales on a per proposal basis.

:small_blue_diamond: Contributors can be rewarded for:

  • Voluntary, meaningful contributions to the DAO or wider ecosystem as acknowledged by their peers via the peer recognition program,
  • Participating in short-term campaigns designed to encourage specific, positive, measurable actions within the Arbitrum ecosystem via nudge seasons.

:small_blue_diamond: To be eligible for delegate/contributor rewards, a delegate/contributor must become a member of the Arbitrum Peer Assembly by passing compliance checks and receiving 3 vouches from existing Peer Assembly members. Once a delegate/contributor is part of the Assembly, they can also:

  • Recommend peers for contributor recognition,
  • Vouch for new members to join the Assembly.

:small_blue_diamond: Budget: The program will utilize the remaining budget from the current Delegate Incentive Program (~7M ARB) to fund delegate rewards, contributor rewards, program management and operational costs.

:alarm_clock: Other Reminders :alarm_clock:

1. Security Council Member Election (Voting ends on Nov 3)

:small_blue_diamond: The September 2025 Security Council Member Election phase is underway on Tally and is currently in the vote decay phase. This means that any unused voting power will continue to decrease linearly until the end of the Member Election (Nov 3).
:small_blue_diamond: The top 6 candidates at the end of this round will form the new cohort of the Security Council.
