report is great!
is there a overall score of the ROI of these? I see milestones, but does not mean much, any quantative metric to say improve ARB eco ( somehow) ?
Thanks

Proposal
I’m aleramo30 from Wavy Node’s tems ![]()
This is our first report of our Milestone #1 ![]()
What we’re building?: A public good resource for alerting users and protocols about exploits and security breaches, ensuring both are informed, including a tool for on-chain and off-chain verification and categorization of tiers regarding severity involvement of addresses implicated in hacks and exploits.
Our team was working on the technical documentation prior to the beginning of the project development, a very important phase because we obtained different perspectives and faced specific dilemmas of each area, focusing our efforts on points that allow us to achieve our objectives in time and form.
During the development of the documentation we learned about the technical capabilities we will have in the first phases and we defined a structured course where the whole engineering team feels comfortable and capable of developing.
The documentation can be viewed at the following link
It is important to clarify that this documentation will be for internal use, so it will be constantly iterated and it is not the documentation that we will give to the public when we launch the API.
On behalf of the entire Wavy Node team, we would like to thank Arbitrum for their support in the development of the project.

This program provided technological training to 15 women from Rocinha, focusing on foundational programming skills, web development, and the Arbitrum ecosystem. Over five months, participants learned to create projects and explore decentralized technologies, positioning themselves for new opportunities in the tech sector.
“Rocinha, located in Rio de Janeiro’s South Zone, is Brazil’s largest favela, home to 72,021 residents, according to the 2022 Census by IBGE. The community faces significant challenges in education and employment. Studies reveal that Rocinha has the lowest average years of schooling among Rio’s administrative regions, with just 5.1 years, compared to the municipal average of 8.4 years. (Source: Exame) Additionally, during the COVID-19 pandemic, over 54% of favela residents in Rio de Janeiro reported job losses, highlighting the economic vulnerability of these communities. (Source: PUC-Rio)”
“Additionally, national data shows that the unemployment rate among women is consistently higher than that of men. In the third quarter of 2024, the female unemployment rate was 45.3% higher than the male rate, with 7.7% for women and 5.3% for men. (Source: UGT)”
Experienced instructors conducted weekly sessions, both online and in-person, to deliver the curriculum effectively.
Participants created wallets and interacted with the Arbitrum ecosystem, including deploying smart contracts, exploring NFTs, and engaging with DeFi platforms.

Participants and their dependents were offered sessions to promote mental well-being.
Parallel activities ensured dependents of participants were also engaged in enriching experiences.
11 women successfully completed the program.
Participants conducted research on Web3 concepts and delivered presentations on topics such as:
The graduation ceremony took place during the ITS Devcon, a remote side event of Devcon Brazil. Graduates presented their final projects, highlighting the role of Arbitrum DAO in empowering communities and fostering technological inclusion.
