Hello Arbitrum DAO,

The AVI pilot is nearing completion. Most of the foundational work is complete, with the remaining deliverables to be delivered by EthDenver. As we move forward, our priority is aligning on Phase 2 while maintaining momentum in market engagement.

Here’s what’s ahead for February:

  • Publish remaining deliverables to the forum:
    • Market consultation report
    • Summary of strategic recs
    • Final mini-thesis
    • SS2
  • Gather delegate & stakeholder feedback on:
    • Interim Expert Council (IEC) setup
    • Phase 2 Operational Plan
    • Scope & mandate of Farstar & contributors
  • Sustain momentum:
    • Continue market engagement & inbound opportunities
    • Maintain deal flow & ongoing thesis feedback
  • Resolve IEC & IC blockers: Clarify roles, assess candidates, & finalize compliance
  • Closing Presentation: Host final presentation & workshops to align stakeholders
