We agree with some changes to the Security Council suggested: Change the SC elections from 6 months to 1 year. This avoids delegate fatigue and keeps those elected in office for longer, preventing frequent changes in membership. However, we have concerns about other suggested changes: The proposal mention changing the threshold to 0.1% of the circulating supply of $ARB, but mentions “Votable tokens” in the Constitution amendment.
