Founders and core team members often face challenges when roles evolve, individuals underperform, or team members leave.
Solution: Collabberry offers a decentralized platform that ensures fairness and transparency in ownership and compensation. By leveraging dynamic ownership models and 360-degree team feedback, we create an equitable system where contributions directly impact compensation and ownership distribution.

Grant Impact: The grant from Questbook enabled us to build the beta version of Collabberry, which is now live on Arbitrum, and we already have 10 organizations using the platform. Beyond just the technical development, the funding provided us with the breathing space needed to conduct over 50 customer interviews. These insights have been crucial in refining our product and ensuring it effectively meets the needs of early-stage teams.
