Upon further deliberation, Offchain recommends discontinuing this proposal and not proceeding with an onchain vote.
The RewardDistributor system specified in this proposal for Timeboost cannot be re-used for PGA or Fast Feed proceeds. PGA proceeds will be tightly coupled with transaction fees and require periodic distribution proposals informed by offchain analysis. Fast Feed proceeds will be denominated in an ERC20 stablecoin, which requires a dedicated RewardDistributor contract because each RewardDistributor is restricted to a single asset.
For Timeboost proceeds, we recommend a one-time distribution of 3% of all Timeboost proceeds to the ADG after PGA is activated and Timeboost is disabled. This one-time Timeboost distribution can be combined with the first PGA distribution proposal to reduce the number of onchain actions required and minimize voter fatigue.
