Constitutional - Extend Delay on L2Time Lock

I voted FOR this proposal on Tally for the reasons outlined below. Normally, I would want to see a published audit before voting for this proposal. Due to the simple nature of the change and the fact that it was created by the Offchain Labs team, I’m comfortable voting FOR.

I voted FOR this proposal at the temp check stage. I think it’s reasonable to give users and the security council more time to exit after a constitutional proposal is passed. Most DAO proposals are non-constitutional, so it won’t affect the timeline in most cases.
