[CONSTITUTIONAL] Proposal: For Arbitrum DAO to register the Sky Custom Gateway contracts in the Router

Hey @griff, we appreciate your concerns, please kindly note, that under the hood of this proposal both OCL and SKY were collaborating on this work, so both entities are fully aware of this situation and amount of work needs to be done to implement it.

What I was saying is the OCL should be leading or at the very least, quickly supporting proposal’s like this,so you both could save some time and simplify this process.

That being said it’s a no brainer, I’m voting for this proposal, if the OCL supports it so do I.
