What is Dev3pack
Dev3pack is a global fellowship helping women+ and student developers move from Web2 into Web3 & AI, through free online bootcamps (Solidity, DeFi, Agents & Mini-apps, ZK & Privacy), a global hackathon, an 8-week founder accelerator (“The Bridge”), and IRL pop-up villages. The community spans 95+ countries, with active chapters across Latin America, Africa, and South Asia.
Arbitrum Contribution
This grant funded a full DeFi education funnel on Arbitrum aimed at underrepresented talents in emerging markets: a month-long Arbitrum Bootcamp, two in-person DeFi gatherings during Devconnect, one IRL bootcamp with Urbe, and the launch of a long-term DeFi Builder Club. Together, these milestones took builders from a first introduction to Arbitrum and Stylus all the way to shipping real projects, including 9 dev3pack teams that won places in the Uniswap Hook Incubator supported by Arbitrum.
2. Performance Against KPIs

Milestone 2 — DeFi Gathering (Devconnect)
During Devconnect, dev3pack supported Urbe Campus and hosted two DeFi gatherings with key players in the Arbitrum ecosystem:
- Urbe Campus bootcamp with 40 dev3pack fellows
- DeFi gathering with EigenLayer — 70+ attendees from 200+ registrations
- DeFi gathering with Octant, AAVE, Morpho, and Uniswap — 50+ attendees from 100+ registrations
Milestone 3 — DeFi Builder Club
| Metric | Result | Target |
|---|---|---|
| Ambassadors trained | 6 | — |
| DeFi Builder Club members | 156 (worldwide) | 50 |
| Long-term active builders | 40+ | 20 |
After the one-month bootcamp, dev3pack produced 6 DevRel ambassadors, 156 builder-club members, and 40+ fellows who went on to join the Uniswap Hook Incubator supported by Arbitrum, including 9 winning dev3pack projects: Intent LP, lambda, Voltaire, Advanced Liquidity Manager Hook, C.R.A.B Swap, SARM Protocol, Bastion, PerpHinge, and TrueLend.
3. Qualitative Impact & Community Feedback
Social Media Impact
Dev3pack X — organic reach (no ads):
| Content | Reach |
|---|---|
| Promotion posts | ~65K views across 4 posts |
| Session recaps (1–4) | ~11K views |
| Community social cards | 16K+ views |
| Total | ~94K views |
Dev3pack also ran a LinkedIn campaign, estimated at ~25K views, mostly driven by organic community sharing.
Community Feedback
The strongest qualitative signal from this cycle is the pipeline it created: a one-month bootcamp turned into a standing 156-person builder club with 6 trained ambassadors and 40+ long-term active builders, 9 of whom went on to win places in the Arbitrum-supported Uniswap Hook Incubator. The two Devconnect DeFi gatherings (including EigenLayer, Octant/AAVE/Morpho/Uniswap teams as well) were both oversubscribed relative to capacity, which the team reads as strong demand for continued Arbitrum-focused programming in this community.
On the Urbe Campus collaboration (Devconnect):
Feedback consistently praised the quality of the speakers and their ability to communicate clearly in English, with several students comparing Urbe Campus favorably to other in-person bootcamps for its teaching quality. Speakers - including Sarah Thiam, Kevin Jones, Solène, Fabrizio, and others - were noted for explaining complex concepts in simple, accessible terms through interactive and practical teaching methods.
The Scaffold-Stylus workshop, led by Ivan and Nadai, was especially well received: attendees showed strong interest in the topic, and the Arbitrum Stylus team was praised for explaining a technically complex technology clearly enough for complete beginners. Students consistently highlighted how Scaffold-Stylus dramatically lowers the barrier to building on Arbitrum Stylus, making the process feel approachable.
4. Financial Summary

5. Future Plans & Continued Ecosystem Alignment
- DeFi Builder Club - long-term retention: Continue running study groups and sessions for the 156-person builder club, with the 6 trained ambassadors leading regional activity.
- Uniswap Hook Incubator alumni: Continued support for the 9 dev3pack teams that won places in the incubator, tracking their progress building on Arbitrum.
- Expanding regional bootcamps: Building on the 1,018 registrations from 95+ countries, dev3pack plans to keep running Arbitrum-focused bootcamp cohorts to reach new emerging-market developers.
- Continued ecosystem alignment: Dev3pack will keep engaging with DeFi initiatives supported by Arbitrum, using the DeFi Builder Club and ambassador network as an ongoing channel to plug fellows into future Arbitrum programs, hackathons, and partner opportunities.
6. Additional Remarks
We’re grateful to the Arbitrum DAO for supporting a full education-to-builder pipeline rather than a single event - from a 1,018-person bootcamp funnel down to a 156-person standing DeFi Builder Club, with 9 teams now building on Arbitrum through the Uniswap Hook Incubator.
