Few questions from this end:
Is there a contingency plan here if the market conditions shift? We understand there is an opportunity gap but we would be more comfortable supporting this if there are defining conditions under which investments are reevaluated or liquidated if market conditions shift.
Also, regarding Farstar:
Has this been documented with both parties signing? Also, is there a plan to manage any disagreement that may arise between stakeholders and the Farstar team during the one-year partnership period?
Besides, we share similar sentiments with @gauntlet and would prefer the vendor produced in-house.
