Recap of the Previous Two Weeks

ARB Received Last Disbursement: 83,333

ARB Utilized as Incentives in the Last Two Weeks: 60,000

ARB left over: 23,333 (oARB mechanism results in delays in distribution)

Plan for leftover ARB: oARB emissions began on 6/20/2024 at 00:00 UTC. Due to the nature of the oARB incentivization system, there’s a “start delay” from when users can start utilizing the rewards.

Summary of incentives: Over the past week, we distributed oARB to ETH, USDC, ARB, LINK, WBTC, wUSDM, and GRAI depositors of these assets. APRs were elevated which resulted in an increased the units of assets deposited (price depreciation resulted in lower TVL) and usage of the platform. More on the distribution strategy with oARB below.

Plan For the Next Two Weeks

We will continue oARB distributions using the same 40k per week emissions. We’re exploring adding support for more assets that we want to grow on Dolomite, such as woETH.

Plan for leftover ARB: oARB emissions began on 6/20/2024 at 00:00 UTC. Due to the nature of the oARB incentivization system, there’s a “start delay” from when users can start utilizing the rewards.

We’ve seen some legacy oARB holders participate in vesting which has kept utilization of the grant higher than during STIP (vs. STIP.B)

Plan For the Next Two Weeks

We have increased oARB distributions to 44,500. This was done to further optimize for oARB participation and make room for new assets we’re trying to incentivize like the GMX V2 tokens (GM tokens). Our goal is to absorb more TVL from the GMX V2 token ecosystem since it represents a clear path for growth for Dolomite that’s being underserved by the broader market.
