This thread will be used to announce the meeting times for Stylus Sprint Office Hours and post subsequent recordings.

The first Office Hour will be Wednesday, November 6th from 3-4 pm UTC - Meeting Link

The Stylus Sprint Evaluation Committee will be present to answer questions about the program, application template, grading rubric, or the RFP Track categories. All potential applicants or DAO contributors are welcome!

If necessary, the Evaluation Committee may host additional office hours during the Application Period, which is from November 11th, 2024 to January 6th, 2025.

The Evaluation Committee will be hosting a 2nd office hour on Tuesday, December 17th from 6-7 pm UTC (1-2 pm ET) - Calendar Invite.

The call will once again be centered on answering questions related to the program, application template, grading rubric, or the RFP Track categories. All potential applicants or DAO contributors are welcome!

Common questions that Entropy has received:

  • Requests in ARB: While we understand that development costs will be dollar denominated, the committee will be evaluating proposals based on the amount of ARB requested as per the proposal passed by the Arbitrum DAO. Teams should be conscious of ARB’s volatility when creating their spending plan.
  • Number of Applications: A few teams have reached out about submitting multiple applications. While there are no rules preventing teams from submitting a 2nd application, the committee encourages applicants to prioritize one as the program is already oversubscribed and the bar to have multiple submissions selected will be very high. Teams looking to apply to the RFP track and are undecided about which category to prioritize, can reach out to the Entropy team on telegram to get feedback.
