Argentina is positioned as one of the most active Ethereum communities globally and ranks among the top 15 countries in cryptocurrency adoption. This level of adoption is largely driven by the use of crypto technologies as tools to navigate economic instability and inflation.

Within this context, and as a result of sustained community-led efforts, Devconnect selected Argentina as its host country, leading to the execution of the most significant global Ethereum ecosystem event in the country. This milestone further consolidated Argentina as a strategic hub for Ethereum development in the region.

Ethereum Argentina is a non-profit, community-driven organization focused on strengthening and expanding the local Ethereum ecosystem through education, events, and community coordination.
Since 2023, Ethereum Argentina has consistently delivered initiatives aimed at developer onboarding, ecosystem education, and community growth, including events, activations, and hackathons.

In this framework, Ethereum Argentina proposed to the Arbitrum DAO Domain Allocator the renewal of Arbitrum’s sponsorship, focused on ETH House Argentina and the execution of a dedicated Arbitrum Day within the house.

The objective was to generate both on-site and digital exposure, reaching technical and non-technical audiences while integrating Arbitrum into a high-activity community environment.

The organization’s objective is to reduce entry barriers, support local talent development, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the Ethereum ecosystem.

ETH House Argentina: Scope and Execution

ETH House Argentina was designed as a temporary Ethereum-focused community space, inspired by the pop-up city model, with the goal of concentrating ecosystem activity over an extended period.

Key characteristics of the space:

  • 100% Ethereum-focused environment

  • Coworking area with capacity for 60+ people

  • Continuous operation over the course of one month

  • Open access for both local and international community members

Attendance
During its one-month operation (weekdays only), ETH House Argentina received approximately 450 unique visitors, including local and international developers, builders, founders, and community members.

Attendance fluctuated depending on scheduled events and daily activity, with peak days reaching up to 60 participants and lower-traffic days averaging fewer attendees. Overall, the space maintained a consistent flow of visitors throughout the operational period.

Arbitrum Participation at ETH House Argentina

Arbitrum had an active presence within ETH House Argentina, integrated into the overall programming of the space.

The activation included:

  • Brand visibility within the physical space

  • Execution of a dedicated Arbitrum Day

  • Content amplification through Ethereum Argentina’s social channels

Arbitrum Day – Agenda

Arbitrum Day consisted of a full-day program focused on technical education and ecosystem opportunities within Arbitrum.

**Arbitrum Day: **

Arbitrum Day was designed to introduce and deepen understanding of the Arbitrum ecosystem.

Target audience: developers, builders, active community members and new ecosystem participants.

Arbitrum Day registered a total of 297 invited participants.

On-site attendance peaked during the opening session, with approximately 50 attendees present, followed by variable participation throughout the day as sessions progressed. Subsequent talks averaged around 10 attendees per session, across a total of 9 talks.

While continuous door tracking was not maintained after the initial QR scan, observed attendance patterns are consistent with a full-day technical agenda and rotational participation.

Observed outcomes:

  • Moderate on-site attendance

  • Strong real-time engagement across digital channels

  • Live content amplification beyond the physical venue

Despite moderate on-site attendance, Arbitrum Day achieved strong real-time digital engagement, significantly extending its reach beyond the physical venue and validating the hybrid activation model.
