Plan for leftover ARB: We are increasing our budgets per week during the time, and we will distribute the leftover amount between the remaining cycles. Also, since the STIP is extended to March 29th, we will use leftovers to extend our planned incentives until this date, which is one month more than our initial plan. Also, it is worth mentioning that in the last two weeks, due to absorbing more TVL than we expected, we spent 1,684 ARB more than what we had planned.
Summary of incentives: Over the last two weeks, we have successfully used our automated incentive distributor contracts, known as Incentive AMOs, for three of our primary assets: FRAX, frxETH, and crvFRAX. We only use Frax Msig direct deposit for one of our new pools since the incentivized needed to be whitelisted, and our Msig account was set to be whitelisted by our partner. and all the other pools were incentivized by our AMOs.
Additionally, during this period, we launched the crvUSD/FRAX pool on Curve and started our pools for sFRAX and sfrxETH in Balancer, which, based on our experiences before, is a sustainable and sticky type of pool for yield-bearing assets.
Furthermore, we have embarked on new partnerships and collaborations, most notably with GMX, and started to incentivize our FRAX LPs within the GMX vault. Finally, we have deployed two new lending pairs in Fraxlend on Arbitrum, which will be supported by our Lending AMO.

Mechanism for distribution incentives:
We employ a distinctive and transparent method for distributing incentives across liquidity pools containing FRAX, frxETH, or crvFRAX. Our Incentivizer AMO (Automated Market Operator) functions through a contract. It captures snapshots of the Total Value Locked (TVL) in our pools to determine the incentive budget for each. Subsequently, it utilizes a designated incentive mechanism specific to the LPs (Liquidity Providers) of each pool, ensuring the allocated budget is appropriately distributed.
Given the scalable nature of this model, we are eager to expand our incentivizing pool list and are open to exploring new partnerships and collaborative opportunities.
