Governance UI Update

In light of the recent news of Tally winding down, the Arbitrum Foundation has been working with Offchain Labs to build a comprehensive governance UI to provide a new space for ArbitrumDAO decision-making.

The initial results of this collaboration can be seen here: Arbitrum Governance

The UI already supports Security Council election and proposal voting, with delegation, delegate profiles, proposal creation, and various UX improvements coming soon.

In addition to the above, the Arbitrum Foundation has engaged Snapshot to integrate ArbitrumDAO’s Governor contracts into its open-source UI, creating redundancy and a backup governance interface. You can find it here: Snapshot

We invite the community to try out both solutions. All feedback is highly appreciated - feel free to comment in this thread or send it directly to the governance team on Telegram (@Mat_Mate and @rchany).

Thanks for sharing this update and for reacting quickly to Tally winding down.

From a governance resilience and UX perspective, I see both positives and open questions:

It is good to see an in-house Arbitrum Governance UI plus Snapshot integration as a redundant, backup interface for Governor contracts. This reduces single-point-of-failure risk in the post‑Tally environment.

However, delegation, delegate profiles, and proposal creation are still “coming soon”. Until these are live and tested, active delegates and proposers are in a transition phase where workflows are split across multiple tools.

A few concrete questions:

Is there a published roadmap or timeline for when delegation, delegate profiles, and proposal creation will be fully supported on the new UI?

How is feature parity versus Tally being measured? A public checklist (what is shipped, what is pending) would help reduce confusion for voters and proposers.

Will the community be involved in UX testing, especially for high‑stakes flows like Security Council elections and constitutional proposals ?

Are there any documented failover procedures between the Arbitrum Governance UI and Snapshot if one of them goes down during a live vote ? @Arbitrum
