We vote in favour of this proposal.

The proposed increase in the timelock delay for core upgrades is a positive step, aligning with the direction L2s are moving towards. This change follows L2Beat’s recommendations, and the shift from red to yellow status is a good signal for Arbitrum.

We went through the L2Beat website and noticed that zkSync Lite already has a yellow slice, so joining them in this status would be beneficial.

We also believe it’s important to define emergency situations clearly and as much as possible with current knowledge. This will help the Security Council make more informed and deterministic decisions when needed.

We vote in favour of this proposal.

The work done by the advisors was really helpful in making the process smooth and efficient. The Program Manager did a great job in coordinating everything, which kept things on track.

Since the funds were already approved, it’s easy to vote in favor of this proposal.

We’re voting FOR this change to the original proposal in the Snapshot temperature check.

We support MSS taking over the responsibilities from the Oversight Committee.

This does not yet support the main proposal for which the on-chain voting is in the process; we will consider our vote on that one separately and post our thoughts here later.

We’re voting FOR this proposal on Tally.

What stands out to us is the transparency and level of detail in the proposal. The potential impact of ARB staking appears to fully justify the requested funding. The introduction of ARB staking and stARB provides a valuable way to strengthen governance while allowing token holders to capture value. The data provided highlights the need for stronger governance and DeFi support, and we believe that improving governance participation in this way is a step in the right direction.

Our team doesn’t have much experience with the technical aspects mentioned in the proposal. We’re learning and trying to understand them better.

However, after hearing the proposal on the governance call and reading through the comments on this post, we believe it makes sense to have the first BoLD validator.
