Lampros DAO is an open community of builders and governance enthusiasts committed to transparency, decentralization, and inclusivity. Our mission is to empower new web3 builders, enhancing their skills and knowledge, to drive deeper decentralization in the ecosystem. Through active participation in governance and collaborative efforts, we strive to create a more transparent, inclusive, and resilient web3 landscape.

As a delegate of Arbitrum DAO, we are committed to contributing to the long-term success and decentralization of the Arbitrum ecosystem.

Lampros DAO’s involvement in the Arbitrum DAO will be handled by a team of dedicated members from our DAO who are:

This delegate profile will represent the collective efforts and insights of Lampros DAO in the Arbitrum governance process.

Our key areas of involvement include:

  1. Governance Engagement: We will regularly attend DAO governance meetings and forums, actively voicing the concerns of our community/delegators and advocating for policies that align with the DAO’s core values.
  2. Protocol Development: Leveraging our technical expertise, we will contribute to developing and improving Arbitrum’s core protocols wherever we can.
  3. Ecosystem Expansion: Recognizing the importance of a thriving community, Lampros DAO is dedicated to onboarding and supporting new projects building on Arbitrum. We will offer mentorship, technical guidance, sustainable finance and networking opportunities to foster innovation and growth.
  4. Research and Education: We are committed to creating and sharing valuable data and research about Arbitrum. Our team hosts sessions and workshops to help new and experienced users better understand the technology. We also contribute to research initiatives and bounties, providing datasets, dashboards, reports, and insights that help the community make informed decisions.
  5. Geographic Growth Strategy: Lampros DAO is committed to expanding Arbitrum’s presence in Asia and Africa. We have a particular emphasis on real-world (IRL) efforts in Asia, leveraging our local connections and understanding of these markets to drive adoption and growth. While we have a focus on these regions, we remain committed to Arbitrum’s global growth and success.

Through our multifaceted involvement, Lampros DAO aims to be a trusted and valuable delegate for the Arbitrum DAO. We are driven by a shared vision of a decentralized, innovative, and inclusive Arbitrum ecosystem, and we humbly seek the community’s support to represent these principles.

    We want to share a quick update with the community that we have rebranded from “Lampros Labs DAO” to “Lampros DAO”. Everything else remains the same, including our values, mission and team members. We have updated our delegate communication thread to reflect the new name and made the same updates to our Tally and Karma profiles. Additionally, we’ve requested SeedGov to update our delegate name in their database as well for DIP.
