The link to join today’s governance call to discuss the proposal pipeline and notable discussions is also on the governance calendar.
Date: November 3rd, 2026 Time: 16:00 - 17:00 UTC Video call link:Google Meet meeting
Approach
The first half of the call (up to 45 minutes) will be used to cover the agenda below. The rest of the time will be used as Office Hours for OpCo and Entropy. If a delegate or a contributor has any questions or something to discuss with either of the entities, that time will be available for it.
We prioritIse all proposals and notable discussions that have more engagement.
The logic of the two weeks is that given the proposal lifecycle (one week on the forum, one week temp-check, and then two weeks onchain vote). This means that even if a proposal takes the shortest possible route, it will be covered at least at the proposal and onchain stage stage, or the tempcheck and onchain stage.
For anything that needs a recap, they could be parked after these discussions.
Regarding the proposal pipeline for today’s governance call, specifically the on-chain allocation of accrued Sequencer and Timeboost revenue (Transfer 1,800 ETH to the Developer Guild & ATMC):
From an institutional policy and public fiduciary perspective, deploying community treasury assets into active yield strategies requires clear constitutional guardrails. I submit three structural recommendations for delegates and working groups:
Mandatory Maximum Drawdown Cap: Deploying ~1,714 ETH into covered call yield generation carries tail-risk exposure. What is the explicit maximum acceptable loss threshold before an automated risk halt is triggered to protect treasury capital?
Transparent Performance Cadence: Rather than retrospective reporting, a bi-weekly public dashboard disclosing net delta, strike prices, and captured yields should be published directly to this forum for public review.
Equitable Distribution to Builders: If treasury yield exceeds baseline benchmark returns, a fixed percentage should automatically flow into the Arbitrum Developer Guild (ADG) to reinforce organic developer growth rather than pure financialization.
Independent oversight and clear risk boundaries are essential to maintain community trust as the DAO scales its capital management.
