Hello @Larry, unfortunately your proposal still does not comply with program rules as you are still using funds for “development funding”.

1. Developer funding with incentives will specifically target Pickle products built for an Arbitrum-native audience. Funding will be allocated to ad hoc initiatives for when specific needs are identified, and from open calls for developing products synergistic between Pickle and the greater Arbitrum ecosystem.

Grant funds may only be used to incentivize Arbitrum contracts as per the following:

Funds are to be kept in ARB and used to incentive Arbitrum contracts. This funding is not meant support development or operational costs.
