Proposal: Accelerating Arbitrum - leveraging Camelot as an ecosystem hub to support native builders

While I must acknowledge Arbitrum’s commendable dedication to decentralization, it’s important to consider that the DAO has already been operational for more than 4 months, yet there seem to be minimal indications of the necessary coordination for establishing a council, committee, or any other organizational structure capable of managing a $4,000,000,000 treasury. The expectation that this can be done on a timeline that isn’t at the detriment of the ecosystems growth is becoming harder to believe.

I am trying to follow all channels, could anyone inform me if progress has been made towards creating a framework?

@olimpio has been the pioneering and vocal delegate for a framework, and is also one of the largest single voters. I’m curious if Olimpio could personally provide any further insights into a potential framework, or what type of framework they would endorse if proposed?

@Griff is also one of the largest voters that is advocating for a framework, but unfortunately I cannot see any further details for what this framework looks like or who may construct it.

At what point will the DAO acknowledge that a framework (which is still subject to discussion, voting, and implementation) might not materialize this year?
