Considering the unique characteristics of QiDao vaults and their role in providing liquidity without affecting shorting, it seems reasonable to include ARB held in QiDao vaults when calculating voting power in the Arbitrum DAO.
This would support governance engagement and enable financing for Arbitrum projects while maintaining a balance.
