- We had originally negotiated a flat $5,000/mo fee with SEED, but January had 0 proposals. During February, we negotiated with SEED to change their compensation to a per-proposal basis, which was disclosed here (RAD Program Manager & Scope of Work - #2) at the time and took effect in March.
- There aren’t any other transactions of that nature.
- May was the month that saw the highest number of proposals, including the Security Council elections for which a special budget was established (announced here), which is almost half of the total rewards amount for the month ($25,000).
- The funds sitting in the multisig will be used in the next 6 months of the program, and, if the program is renewed for another year, the balance, after being topped up, will continue being used.
