The original post was edited to add 2 clarifications:
- You don’t need to use your entire voting power during the Security Council nominations & elections to qualify for RAD rewards.
- RAD requirements still apply - you still need to communicate your rationale within 5 days of the vote concluding (both for nomination and election phase).
