Update - April 5, 2026
After SEED announced that they’re stepping down from managing the RAD, we coordinated with Ministro, who will continue his work as the RAD’s Program Manager as an individual.
Given that Ministro will no longer represent SEED’s voting power, we’ve adjusted the compensation and removed the base pay, which basically reflected the opportunity cost of SEED not participating in RAD themselves.
Going forward, the compensation for the PM’s scope of work is $600 flat fee for all types of votes.
