[REALM] [FINAL] [STIP - Round 1]

Our team would in favor of this proposal. Building a sustainable, fully on-chain game with proven game loops that retain and reward active players is a remarkable achievement. We believe this approach sets a valuable precedent for the gaming ecosystem and look forward to seeing further success.

Thanks for taking the time to read through our proposal

Here’s a presentation I created for delegates to get a feel for what we are building: https://www.loom.com/share/8845a959816c4322a7157777c6a1b9c4?sid=c7821e9c-f249-4a90-a276-d9d1f34c8fbc

Our game is fully on-chain and contributes daily value to Arbitrum through usage and second order effects. This grant would help us scale that value.

Let me know if there’s anything I can help clarify to get your support in these final hours.

Again, thanks for your thoughtful consideration :handshake:

We think gaming is an area worth incentivizing. However, 300k $ARB is way more than the incentive should be, considering the effect it has on the Arbitrum ecosystem. We believe the amount should be decreased, therefore we vote against this proposal.

Bi-Weekly Update

We have not claimed grant funds yet as our Tournaments are kicking off the following two weeks(Jan 29 and Feb 5).

Even though rewards have not yet started, our DAU and Txns are up in anticipation for the event. We are excited to see how much activity we can bring to Arbitrum over the next several months.

We’ve set up this public Dune dashboard: https://dune.com/realmstats/public

We are also in contact with the foundation and they have access to internal metrics.
