Our team would in favor of this proposal. Building a sustainable, fully on-chain game with proven game loops that retain and reward active players is a remarkable achievement. We believe this approach sets a valuable precedent for the gaming ecosystem and look forward to seeing further success.
We think gaming is an area worth incentivizing. However, 300k $ARB is way more than the incentive should be, considering the effect it has on the Arbitrum ecosystem. We believe the amount should be decreased, therefore we vote against this proposal.
We have not claimed grant funds yet as our Tournaments are kicking off the following two weeks(Jan 29 and Feb 5).
Even though rewards have not yet started, our DAU and Txns are up in anticipation for the event. We are excited to see how much activity we can bring to Arbitrum over the next several months.
