If you charge 1% fee and will use half to match 400K of Arbitrum grants, that means you would need at least $80M volume in trades to match the grants, which seems very unlikely for the project, plus it relies on unknown future trading action.
There needs to be clarification of what would happen if there isn’t enough volume to match the grant size and what mechanisms are in place to prevent team from appropiating excess tokens that weren’t matched.
