The key use cases are particularly appealing, which are not only aim to bring in more liquidity but also promise to elevate transactional activities within the Arbitrum ecosystem. The proposal is well-thought-out and seems primed for successful execution.
Socket has proven to be a core piece of Arbitrum infrastructure as one of the top importers of users, transactions, and volume to Arbitrum. The outlined grant distribution will provide valuable insight and data on the effectiveness of incentivizing infrastructure projects and the value they bring to the Arbitrum ecosystem. We expect the rebating of bridging costs and improved user onboarding experience in conjunction with Socket’s partners to lead to increased user acquisition and TVL for Arbitrum.
We look forward to supporting Socket’s grant application!

We want to clarify that this is not the final vote, since as we clarify in this release, the final vote is defined by our community. We also want to invite you to attend our Governance Call that will be held tomorrow in our discord.
Michigan Blockchain supports this proposal with the requested amount being justified given the sustainable benefits to the Arbitrum ecosystem and having conducted an in-depth reviewal process of all submitted STIP proposals. We appreciate Socket’s effort in delivering a promising proposal and working with the community throughout the process.
First of all, thank you for the detailed proposal. It’s highly commendable for a project without a token to create such a detailed proposal and consider its partners. We are well aware of how significant Socket is as a project and how widely it is used by many users. Furthermore, the inclusion of the objective to allow users to use Arbitrum’s Orbit networks at zero cost is extremely valuable. We also acknowledge that the Ethereum ecosystem has recently focused heavily on Account Abstraction technology, primarily used in projects aiming to enhance user experience.
Therefore, we believe that user experience is a crucial aspect, and we comfortably vote “For” this proposal.
