Quick update on Trinity Protocol’s progress since our initial proposal:
What’s new since last post:
We’ve deployed TrinityBund (TBUND) — tokenized AAA-rated German sovereign bonds — on Arbitrum One with a face-value oracle now verified on Arbiscan. The TBUND/USDC lending market on Morpho Blue is going live today with 85% LLTV, making it one of the highest-quality collateral types available on Morpho.
This brings Trinity’s total active collateral portfolio on Arbitrum to:
-
GVLT — $3.3B Tier 1 custodied gold backing, $3.19M vault track record, Merkl rewards campaign live and distributing
-
TBUND — $10M face-value German sovereign bonds, AAA-rated, IPFS-attested (CID: bafkreib2vf52q45u6qgle5lkdojuvcparv5lbymkzbaar4qr6ghx7grnym)
-
HYDRO — $1B IRA Section 45V hydrogen production tax credits
-
TART — Vatican fine art collection appraised at EUR 110M by the Vatican’s principal appraiser, IPFS-attested
The MetaMorpho vault (tgUSDC) routes USDC across all active markets. Every asset is overcollateralized well beyond standard requirements, and every reserve attestation is on IPFS with verifiable CIDs.
Why this matters for Arbitrum:
Trinity is building the first diversified real-world asset lending protocol natively on Arbitrum. Each new market adds another category of institutional-grade collateral that doesn’t exist anywhere else on-chain. The combination of gold, sovereign bonds, tax credits, and fine art creates a risk-diversified portfolio that no single-asset protocol can match.
We’re seeing organic interest from programmatic allocators via our Merkl campaigns, and we’re in active conversations with institutional market makers for OTC liquidity. An ATMC stablecoin allocation would accelerate what’s already working — higher TVL visibility attracts more organic supply, which drives more borrowing demand, which generates more fees for Arbitrum.
Happy to answer any questions. All contracts are verified on Arbiscan.
