I vote For all Snapshot Votes. Shielded voting enhances governance integrity by minimizing bandwagon effects, voter apathy, and last-minute strategic voting. By keeping votes private until the end, it ensures decisions are based on genuine opinions rather than external pressures. This approach promotes more thoughtful and unbiased participation, crucial for effective and fair governance.

Allocating 250M ARB to a specialized group using advanced non-custodial tools, the proposal enhances transparency, accountability, and effective resource management.
Should the DAO Create COI & Self Voting Policies?
I agree with the “FOR: Responsible Voting Policy” vote as it balances ethical governance with practical delegation needs. Maintaining trust while allowing effective representation is crucial. Exploring tools to automate conflict of interest disclosures is an excellent idea. It would streamline transparency, making it easier for delegates to manage and disclose potential conflicts, thus enhancing overall governance integrity.

Excellent! As a recommendation, there are tools like Hootsuite and HubSpot that can help you track the reach of the channels you’re using to distribute content. Another very useful tool is Meta Business from Facebook and Instagram. If you’ll be sending mass emails, you could use Mailchimp to check who opens the emails, allowing you to target more interested recipients with specific advertising. The proposed budget appears well-calculated, and the increase in monthly compensation for delegates is not only justified but necessary, particularly in light of the significant 65% year-to-date decline in the value of ARB.
The introduction of bonus points for participating in governance calls is a particularly commendable enhancement. Active participation in these calls often leads to deeper discussions and more nuanced understanding of proposals, which in turn fosters more informed and thoughtful voting.
I am highly supportive of this proposal, as it reflects a thoughtful approach to maintaining and enhancing the incentives for active, informed participation in governance, which is essential for the success and resilience of the ecosystem.
