[RFC] ArbitrumDAO Governance Analytics Dashboard
This proposal is a smart investment in ArbitrumDAO’s future. By creating a dedicated analytics dashboard, it offers a practical tool for better governance, ensuring decisions are backed by clear, actionable data. This approach not only strengthens transparency but also helps the community stay ahead of potential issues, making it a valuable step towards more effective and resilient governance.

Should the DAO Default to using Shielded Voting for Snapshot Votes?
I vote For all Snapshot Votes. Shielded voting enhances governance integrity by minimizing bandwagon effects, voter apathy, and last-minute strategic voting. By keeping votes private until the end, it ensures decisions are based on genuine opinions rather than external pressures. This approach promotes more thoughtful and unbiased participation, crucial for effective and fair governance.

Proposal to Temporary Extend Delegate Incentive System.
VOTED for.
Extending the current Delegate Incentive System is a prudent move to ensure continuity and avoid gaps in delegate motivation while transitioning to v1.1. This extension prevents disruption in incentives and maintains engagement, crucial for effective governance. The proposal supports stability and allows adequate time for refining the new system, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted evolution of the incentive structure.

Strategic Treasury Management on Arbitrum
Implementing the Arbitrum Strategic Treasury Management Group is a proactive approach to ensuring the DAO’s long-term sustainability and growth. Allocating 250M ARB to a specialized group using advanced non-custodial tools, the proposal enhances transparency, accountability, and effective resource management.

Should the DAO Create COI & Self Voting Policies?
I agree with the “FOR: Responsible Voting Policy” vote as it balances ethical governance with practical delegation needs. Maintaining trust while allowing effective representation is crucial. Exploring tools to automate conflict of interest disclosures is an excellent idea. It would streamline transparency, making it easier for delegates to manage and disclose potential conflicts, thus enhancing overall governance integrity.

[RFC] Incentives Detox Proposal
I think this is a good idea because it emphasizes the importance of taking a step back to analyze past incentive programs before launching new ones. This ensures future incentives are data-driven, impactful, and sustainable.

[RFC] Fund The Stylus Sprint
The “Stylus Sprint” program is a strategic initiative that accelerates the adoption of Stylus, enhancing Arbitrum’s ecosystem by incentivizing high-quality smart contract development. By offering financial support to pioneering teams, this proposal not only attracts top-tier talent but also positions Arbitrum as a leader in innovation, fostering long-term growth and competitiveness in the Web3 space.

Arbitrum side workshop at web3 Lagos Conference 3.0 2024
This proposal offers a valuable opportunity to boost Arbitrum’s presence in Africa by engaging directly with a key developer community. The Web3 Lagos conference is strategically significant, and the workshops can cultivate new contributors to the Arbitrum ecosystem. However, given the short timeline, it’s crucial to first gauge community support and ensure the initiative aligns with broader DAO goals.

Ethereum Protocol Attackathon Sponsorship
This large-scale security audit is crucial for reinforcing Ethereum’s security, which directly benefits Arbitrum as a Layer 2 solution.

I just have one question @ rodrigolvc , How will Arbitrum’s sponsorship visibility and engagement be measured and reported?

Ethereum Protocol Attackathon Sponsorship
Excellent! As a recommendation, there are tools like Hootsuite and HubSpot that can help you track the reach of the channels you’re using to distribute content. Another very useful tool is Meta Business from Facebook and Instagram. If you’ll be sending mass emails, you could use Mailchimp to check who opens the emails, allowing you to target more interested recipients with specific advertising. If you need help or advice with this, I can assist you.

RFC - Delegate Incentive Program v1.1
This continuity ensures that delegates can maintain long-term engagement, which is crucial for the sustained health of decentralized governance. The proposed budget appears well-calculated, and the increase in monthly compensation for delegates is not only justified but necessary, particularly in light of the significant 65% year-to-date decline in the value of ARB.

The introduction of bonus points for participating in governance calls is a particularly commendable enhancement. Active participation in these calls often leads to deeper discussions and more nuanced understanding of proposals, which in turn fosters more informed and thoughtful voting.

I am highly supportive of this proposal, as it reflects a thoughtful approach to maintaining and enhancing the incentives for active, informed participation in governance, which is essential for the success and resilience of the ecosystem.

@ SEEDGov It would be great if delegates could meet in a XSpaces (Twitter) session to discuss the most relevant aspects of the ARB ecosystem and generate more proposals, not just in writing.

Proposal: Low-cost Enhancement to HyperLiquid Integration
How will this rebranding affect other applications or projects currently using Arbitrum that are not related to Hyperliquid? Could this shift in identity alienate or discourage those other users?

[RFC] Pyth Network Arbitrum LTIPP Extension Request
Hi @ KemarTiti How does this extension align with the long-term vision for Pyth Network on Arbitrum? Are there other strategic initiatives you’re considering to further integrate Pyth within the Arbitrum ecosystem?

[RFC] Pyth Network Arbitrum LTIPP Extension Request
Thanks for the quick response @ KemarTiti

The initial LTIPP program’s success is evident in the increased metrics and enhanced price feed availability. I think extending the program will undoubtedly build on this momentum and solidify Arbitrum’s position in DeFi. I trust the Pyth Network to continue driving this growth effectively.
