Proposal: TMC Recommendation
Type: Snapshot
Vote/rationale: #1 DEPLOY BOTH STRATEGIES #2 ONLY DEPLOY STABLE STRATEGY #3 ONLY DEPLOY ARB STRATEGY #4 DEPLOY NOTHING #5 ABSTAIN - The purpose of this initiative is experimenting scenarios for non-operating revenue generation for the DAO, so it makes sense to actually experiment with the full-range of options. I’m happy with the additional information provided by Avantgarde and Karpatkey on the concerns raised by the TMC and I am confident these three entities will act professionally with the best interest of the DAO in mind.

Proposal: [CONSTITUTIONAL] - Adopt Timeboost + Nova Fee Sweep
Type: Tally
Vote/rationale: FOR - I voted in favour of this initiative in previous instances, still supporting it.

Proposal: [NON-CONSTITUTIONAL] Arbitrum Onboarding V2: A Governance Bootcamp
Type: Tally
Vote/rationale: FOR - Arbitrum DAO needs valuable delegates, that have the knowledge, interest and dedication to improve and expand the Arbitrum ecosystem. This program is a first step in that direction.

If other DAOs are more appealing for analysts that have specifically been trained on Arbitrum DAO, this signals a problem with the DAO, not with the program.

Vote/rationale: FOR - This initiative makes it easier for new users to onboard and further solidify Arbitrum’s position as a leading DeFi hub.

Proposal: [NON-CONSTITUTIONAL] Arbitrum Audit Program
Type: Tally
Vote/rationale: FOR - Audit costs are notoriously high. Subsidising them for promising projects is an effective way to support Arbitrum’s builders.

Proposal: [Non-constitutional] ARB Incentives: User Acquisition for dApps & Protocols
Type: Snapshot
Vote/rationale: AGAINST - The initiative is valuable, but it doesn’t make sense to vote for a proposal without knowing what the alternative is.

Proposal: OpCo – Oversight and Transparency Committee (OAT) Elections
Type: Snapshot
Vote/rationale: A.J. Warner and Patrick McCorry - Representatives from Offchain Labs and the Arbitrum Foundation should be involved in overseeing the OpCo initiative to guarantee alignment between the DAO, OCL and AF.

Vote/rationale: FOR - The STEP Committee has appropriate background and expertise, so I trust their judgement on the suggested allocation.

Proposal: [Non-consitutional]: Top-up for Hackathon Continuation Program
Type: Snapshot
Vote/rationale: YES TO BOTH - Grantees should not be penalised for Arbitrum’s lack of proper treasury management procedures. Sending the remaining funds to the TMC seems a first step in the right direction, that should be followed by the implementation of a procedure to effectively satisfy the DAO’s need of USD-stablecoins.

Alternative options like treasury delegation seem a better short-term fit, while more long-term solutions are being worked on.
