Ongoing Onchain Proposals :ballot_box:

1. Arbitrum Audit Program (Voting ends Apr 3)

The Arbitrum Foundation is requesting 30M ARB to run an on-going open application for 1 year to support projects that require a subsidy to audit their project.

:small_blue_diamond:A list of auditors will be approved into the program.

:small_blue_diamond:Arbitrum Audit Committee will include membership of Arbitrum Foundation, Offchain Labs, a technical expert elected by the DAO, and a team member from the OpCo (when operational).

:small_blue_diamond:To be eligible for the program, projects will need to satisfy certain requirements such as launching on Arbitrum and any code audited will need to remain exclusive to Arbitrum for a fixed period of time.

Ongoing Temperature Checks :high_voltage:

1. ARB Incentives: User Acquisition for dApps & Protocols (Voting ends tomorrow, April 3)

Patterns is proposing to run a 1st iteration of an incentives program to help projects build off & on-chain user acquisition campaigns with positive ROI over 3 months with $3M (10M ARB).

Participants can design their campaigns freely with a requirement for all of them to be measurable and Patterns will calculate ROI (based on CAC and on-chain LTV) for all campaigns to focus on the most efficient strategies in the next iteration.

2. OpCo – Oversight and Transparency Committee (OAT) Elections (Voting ends tomorrow, April 3)

This election aims to appoint 3 initial members to the OpCo’s oversight and transparency committee (OAT).

As a recap, the OAT’s primary mandate is to oversee OpCo’s operations, ensure the DAO maintains transparency into the DAO-adjacent entity, function as the coordinator between the DAO and OpCo, and establish clear communication channels with other DAO-adjacent committees.

A shutterized, weighted voting system is used for this election, and the top 3 applicants will be chosen as members of the OAT.

3. TMC Recommendations (Voting ends tomorrow, April 3)

Coming off of their previous, incorrectly setup temperature check, the Treasury Management Committee (TMC) has created 2 separate snapshots to get the DAO’s approval on the deployment of both the stables and ARB strategies.
