1. Transfer 6,000 ETH and Idle Stablecoins from the Treasury to the Treasury Management Portfolio

This proposal, authored by Entropy, recommends transferring 6,000 ETH (accrued from network revenue) and approximately $150K of idle USDC from the DAO’s treasury into the Treasury Management Portfolio.

  • Yield Generation on Idle Capital: Currently, this ETH is sitting idle in the L2 Treasury Timelock, generating no yield or strategic value.
  • Strategy Flexibility: By allocating the 6,000 ETH, the DAO could generate an estimated 288.6 ETH annually. The funds will be deployed with strategy flexibility across options like liquid staking/restaking, lending, DEX liquidity provision, and call overwriting, aligned with treasury best practices.

Voting ends in 2 days (May 7).
