Approve the Nova Fee Sweep Action
Vote: For
I agree with this proposal. This proposal would bring together all fees generated on Arbitrum Nova, which would be helpful in deciding how to allocate these funds in the future.
Request to Increase the Stylus Sprint Committee’s Budget
Vote: Against
I disagree with this proposal. I think the budget for this program has already been fixed. If we want to increase the budget, we should not just tell Arbitrum DAO that we have received a large number of application requests, so we need to increase the budget. Instead, we should write another detailed proposal to report clearly whether the previous funds have been implemented, what role they have played, and what growth the Arbitrum DAO has achieved.

OpCo: A DAO-adjacent Entity for Strategy Execution
Vote: For
I agree with this proposal. This proposal aims to provide Arbitrum DAO with a more efficient execution platform, PoCo. Currently, Arbitrum DAO faces many problems, such as high communication costs. It takes a very long time for a proposal to go from idea to implementation, and it requires contacting many different people. Proposers often do not have the patience and motivation to push this matter until it is implemented, so many good ideas often end in vain. Although the existence of OpCo is likely to cause DAO to become centralized to a certain extent, it is very helpful in solving the problems currently faced by Arbitrum DAO.
Non-Constitutional: Stable Treasury Endowment Program 2.0
Vote: For
I agree with this proposal. I think the current market is very fragile, and it is necessary for Arbitrum DAO to convert part of ARB into stablecoin and other more stable assets, otherwise Arbitrum DAO’s future development will face many funding problems, especially when this bull market cycle is about to end.
Arbitrum D.A.O. (Domain Allocator Offerings) Grant Program - Season 3
Vote: For
I agree with this proposal. I think the effect of Grant Program - Season 1 and Season 2 is not very good. The activity of Arbitrum ecosystem has continued to decline in the past two years. Of course, this can’t be said to be entirely the problem of Grant Program, but I think Grant managers should bear some responsibility. In the past two years, we can see that many popular protocols have emerged in other ecosystems, such as pump.fun. Although they have only very minor innovations, their influence is enough to revitalize the entire Solana ecosystem. When will we have such a protocol on Arbitrum? I think Grant managers need to change their mind, not always focusing on those great narratives, but should pay more attention to those products loved by users, and provide them with the initial Grant.
