Rationale: We’re supportive of diversifying the DAO’s treasury into stable, liquid, and yield-generating assets, as it helps minimize the impacts of ARB token volatility and ensure long-term financial sustainability for the Arbitrum ecosystem.

Vote: For
Rationale: We’re in favor of upgrading both Arbitrum One and Arbitrum Nova to BoLD’s dispute resolution protocol as it represents a significant step towards increasing the network’s security and decentralization. We also support adding Infura to Nova’s validator whitelist given their reputation as one of the most active and reliable infrastructure providers in the industry.

Rationale: Arbitrum has put out over 422M ARB tokens with pretty minimal oversight on how those funds actually get used. If we incentivize people to report misuse and give them a clear process to do it, more folks will dig into how funds are being spent and speak up if they see something fishy - which should make people think twice before trying to misuse funds in the first place.

Rationale: Reverie is an investor in Juandi’s company Capa, so we’re abstaining from voting here due to conflicts of interest.

Rationale: We’ve had the pleasure to interact with the SeedGov team through the Delegates Incentive Program. We’ve enjoyed our interactions, and think they’re doing great work for the DAO overall, so they stood out to us as the best candidates for this role.

Vote: Saurabh
Rationale: After going through all the candidate applications, Saurabh stood out to us as having the most relevant experience for this role. Their experience as operators within the Arbitrum ecosystem combined with having managed other grants programs in the past is what stood out to us the most.

Vote: Flook
Rationale: We like the fact that Flook has a lot of domain-specific expertise within the web3 gaming space, from being a TreasureDAO contributor and running their own blockchain gaming studio.

Rationale: We think SOS will be a great opportunity for the DAO to take a step back and align on top priorities since there isn’t a clear strategic direction right now. While there are still some open questions, like who will execute on the approved goals and how the budget will be allocated, it feels worth trying!

Vote: Against
Rationale: While we think that having a way to easily monitor and track DAO initiatives is valuable, the ArbitrumHub hasn’t gained much traction in terms of usage so far, likely due to discoverability issues since it’s not tied to Arbitrum’s existing online presence. It also feels like applying for a grant would be a better fit for this proposal, as it would make it easier to track their progress and hold them accountable.

Rationale: We don’t think it makes much sense to leave so much ETH sitting idle in the L1 timelock contract. Making these funds more accessible to the DAO would allow them to be put to more productive use.

Rationale: The applications featured in this proposal are strong, with teams such as Pyth, Warlock, and Trail of Bits working on value-add projects that leverage Stylus. We support funding these high quality builders, as their contributions will help grow Stylus, which is a key differentiator and competitive advantage for Arbitrum.

Rationale: We believe establishing a legal entity to help the DAO move quickly on initiatives and negotiate with service providers more competitively would be valuable. However, the proposed structure seems too bloated, and the funding request is excessive. We also feel the entity’s scope and deliverables lack clarity, which could lead to unnecessary spending and potential overlap with the Arbitrum Foundation. We would be supportive if OpCo were set up in a leaner way, with more clearly defined responsibilities and deliverables.

Rationale: We support the goal of nurturing early-stage Arbitrum projects and building a vibrant community of builders. However, the proposal lacks specifics on session topics and participating mentors/instructors, making it difficult to gauge its full potential. We also believe closer collaboration with Offchain Labs and the Foundation would help maximize the program’s impact.

We support funding these high quality builders, as their contributions will help grow Stylus, a key differentiator and competitive advantage for Arbitrum.

Vote: For
Rationale: Introducing relevant, upcoming features from the Pectra upgrade such as EIP-7702, which will improve users’ experience, to Arbitrum chains is a no-brainer. We also don’t see anything particularly contentious or concerning about this proposal.
