The LTIPP multisig has returned all leftover funds from LTIPP and STIP.B to the Arbitrum DAO treasury.
There were 31,002,649.54 ARB unused by either the LTIPP council, LTIPP protocols, or STIP.B protocols. These funds have now been returned to the DAO treasury, and the LTIPP multisig is officially finished with its responsibilities.
