The STIP multisig has returned all leftover funds from STIP to the Arbitrum DAO treasury.
During the incentives period, 5,897,946.103605943 ARB was unused by STIP and Stip Backfund protocols. These funds have now been returned to the DAO treasury, and the STIP multisig is officially finished with its responsibilities.

We would also like to announce that the Arbitrum Foundation, with the support of Blockworks and Stablelab, helped retrieve 940,325.5 out of this 5,897,946.1 ARB, from the following 7 projects that did not return their excess and/or misused STIP or Backfund STIP funds in a timely manner:

- Synapse: 750000 ARB
- Savvy: 938 ARB
- Angle: 25583 ARB
- WOOFi: 87547 ARB
- Timeswap: 13188 ARB
