Proposal: OpCo – Oversight and Transparency Committee (OAT) Elections

Vote: Multi-choice
Type: Off-chain
Rationale:
Marc Zeller - 25%

Having been long-time delegates and contributors to Aave, we’re aware from a first-hand perspective how effective ACI’s leadership of the Aave DAO has been. They’ve ensured a streamlined DAO which has consolidated Aave’s position in the market and made it a profitable, lean, revenue-generating protocol with a clear focus.

Edgar Prediger (EzR3aL) - 25%

EzR3aL has also been an important part of Aave’s success and has engaged deeply with service providers and provided a lot of valuable feedback. We have engaged a lot with him over the years, and combined with his professional background from a non-crypto perspective, we think he would make a great candidate to oversee the DAO’s initiatives.

AJ Warner - 25%

As other delegates have mentioned, there is a need for a deep link between Offchain Labs and the DAO. AJ has significant context and responsibilities at OCL, and believe he will do a great job in facilitating the information flow and priorities between the OpCo and OCL. We also think it is important for the Foundation to have a seat at the table, and we did not vote for Pat because the AF already is an observing member.

Frisson - 25%

Frisson has deep context with the DAO, knows how it works well, and has a good view into the issues it faces especially with the MSS problems that were faced. It is impressive how Frisson has taken leadership of the MSS and seemingly turned it around. Frisson has significant leadership experience at Tally and a bird’s eye view of the ecosystem. As such, we believe he will play a key role in overseeing the OpCo.
