- Reasoning: We voted FOR this proposal. Given the demonstrated results, we did not hesitate to vote positively. The first iteration of this program has been a proven success and we believe its continuation is essential. The expressed growth from only $100,000 to $150 million in RWA is quite a remarkable achievement. There is now a very good reputation to maintain and so this is another reason to support the continuation of this program. Although some have said that 35 million ARB is way too much, we are comfortable with not only the proven results but also the reporting done so far, so we trust that the people in charge of carrying STEP 2.0 will do a very good job again.
