How will this ban be effectuated?

If any of the founders or associated addresses apply for an ArbitrumDAO-related program, the DAO should proactively reject any such application.

In case the DAO did not proactively reject any such application, the OpCo or the Arbitrum Foundation, as stewards of the ArbitrumDAO, reserve the right to flag it and reject the application.
List of Banned Projects and Stakeholders
The Arbitrum Foundation and OpCo will continue to maintain a list of projects and people banned from the DAO.
