Look at the previous votes - we nominate almost the same people, and so there will be a chance for good candidates to get in and increase competition, which always has a positive effect on the system
Regarding the replacement of the point “Allow candidates to rotate keys” - I do not understand the need: if a candidate passes, he can change the key as a committee member, and if not, then next time he will apply with a different key
