Honestly, from SEEDGov’s perspective, we don’t fully understand the purpose of this thread. Could you please clarify this?
With respect to the DIP, there is no rule preventing delegates from participating in programs from other DAOs, so no “enforcement” mechanism is necessary. We simply ask that delegates disclose any potential conflicts of interest (CoIs).
As Program Managers, if a CoI disclosure—or any other item in the application template—is not properly addressed, we are entitled to disregard the application or request additional information, as the applicant would not have fulfilled the requirement of completing the template appropriately.
