Hello, one of the issues being considered is the passive approach of many $ARB holders. I believe that a main reason for that behavior is the feeling that the individual vote power these days became minor and ineffective compared to the 4 or 5 major delegates, that have gained most of the voting power and basically decide the future of the project.
I propose set a limit on the amount of $ARB (and by that the vote power) that an individual delegate can hold, setting a cap which will calculated from the total voting power. I belive that 10% is the right numer, but any other number that fulfills the purpose might be acceptable.
This will ensure that no single delegate gains controlling power, and will encourage more individuals to vote themselves without delegating their $ARB, understanding that their vote actually mean something.
by the way, i also believe this kind of decision will help to raise the value of the $ARB in the eyes of the market and help regain some of its losts value.
