The 7,500 ETH in the GMC track should be deployed in the coming weeks after test transactions have been completed by the Arbitrum Foundation.

Since Testing transactions has been completed the 7,500 ETH should be deployed now that the significant liquidity has increased since Pectra went live on Mainnet. The ETH has been idle without been productive.
