- Rationale: I voted For with retroactive sine this proposal could bring stability to Arbitrum and encourage more user participation. Retroactive funding is reasonable for the effort already put into developing such a big initiative. Check my previous comment here

Rationale: I appreciate that this proposal allows delegates and community members to submit their own strategic objective matrices, to make Arbitrum more decentralized, transparent, and democratic.
At first, I was concerned about Entropy’s role in managing the process while also submitting its own matrix. However, they’ve explained this clearly and ensure transparency.
After considering all the feedback and Entropy’s explanations, I will support this proposal and have voted FOR on Snapshot
